We sous vide Andy’s Grass Fed Massachusetts beef with aromatic herbs to a perfect 125 degrees (rare). For dinner, place the beef in a 425-degree oven and roast for 30 minutes or until your preferred beef temperature. (2.5 lbs)

Roasted Winter Root Vegetables
Carrots, parsnips, macomber turnip, brussels sprouts, thyme

Smoked Turkey Braised Collard Greens

Whipped sweet potatoes, topped with brown sugar and bourbon glaze

Ordering closes on Monday the 19th at 5:00 and pick up is 2:00 to 6:00 on the 23rd. Heating instructions will be provided with the meal. (oven required to heat sides and crisp up the rib roast)
